Upon Further Review......

Just another Varsity loss at Southlake?
Hardly!

Look Closer:
-New coaching staff in only their second year of building a vertically integrated MS-to-HS "Program" incorporating brand new Offensive and Defensive schemes
-Unequivocally the toughest 2010 football schedule in the entire state of TX, at any level: 4 games against Top 25 ranked teams and 2 of those against Top 5 ranked teams
-Barrington Thorpe still running with total reckless abandon over and thru defenders and Mason Decker and Sawyer Cooper punishing defensive lineman with pancake blocks.....on the LAST DRIVE of the game.
-A visiting side full of raucous NHS fans clad in red, cheering till the final tick of the clock
-Creative offensive play calling which directly resulted in 14 points, late in the 4th qtr.
-A higher % of starting under-classmen than any team on the Texan schedule.

There's still no quit at any level on this Texan team and the near and far future both look bright.
