Freshman Red Individual Stats

I will be posting all the stats at the end of the season, game by game team stats as well as basic individual stats. When I started tallying tackles, I didn't give any partial credit but instead tried to focus on the player who really made the play. This proved quite difficult in many instances and, looking back, I wish I had given credit for a tackle to anyone involved as it would have given a better picture of who was around the ball and involved in the most tackles. But, alas, I didn't, and sorry, I'm not going back through all the game film at this point!

Anyway, with that criteria, heading into the final game of the season, two players are tied for the lead in tackles, with three more within striking distance (though it would take a great performance in the final game).

Any guesses as to who these five defenders are? And don't cheat and go back to look at all the write-ups!
